Information clause

- The controller of the personal data which will be made available is BCMM-badania marketingowe Ltd. with its registered office in Katowice at 23/8 Kościuszki St., entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under the number 0000067600, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9540022369, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
- The controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data and makes every effort to ensure the security and protection of personal data during processing.
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 par. 1 point a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. Client’s consent.
- Client's personal data shall be processed for the following purposes: communication with the client, in particular responding the presented issue, put forward a commercial offer also in the future, managing the relationship for the needs of establishing, maintaining or enhancing with the client, concluding contracts with the client.
- Decisions concerning Clients are not be made by automated means.
- The categories of Client’s personal data processed by the Controller include, in particular, the name, the e-mail address, the telephone number and other personal data provided by the Client in the contact form.
- Client's personal data will be processed for the period necessary to respond to the presented issue, but not longer than 10 years from the moment of obtaining personal data by the Controller.
- Client has:
the right of access to personal data collected by the Controller,
the right to rectification,
the right to be forgotten
the right to restriction to processing,
the right to data portability,
the right to object,
where the decision is made by the Controller by automated means – the Client has right to object to automated decision-making,
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office
the right not to consent or withdraw consent to the processing of personal data resulting in obtaining direct commercial information from the Controller at any time.
The above rights may be exercised by the Client in any form.
Providing the Controller with personal data is voluntary but necessary to make contact with the Client, in particular to respond to the presented issue.
