We attach special importance to the quality of obtaining information from the market, and thus also to the quality of interviewers’ work. Since 2006, we have participated in the Interviewer Quality Control Program (PKJPA) which covers all procedures related to field data collection: starting from the fieldwork department, through the work of regional coordinators and training of interviewers and ending up with the control their work.

The compliance with the principles of the program is verified annually by independent auditors and the positive result of the audit results in the award of the PKJPA Certificate. Having a PKJPA certificate guarantees that the primary data acquisition process is carried out reliably, in accordance with strict quality standards in marketing research.
