the research was conducted by means of face-to-face interview among 800 people 15+ years old - active skiers in selected ski resorts in Poland.

- knowledge and recommendation of selected brands of ski clothing & equipment. Analysis of the recommendation by the Net Promoter Score method (identification number of promoters, passives, detractors of the brand)
- knowledge and recommendation of selected retail chains. Analysis of the recommendation by the Net Promoter Score method (identification number of promoters, passives, detractors of the stores)


Knowledge and recommendation of selected brands of ski clothing is presented for : 4F, Atomic, Brubeck, Brugi, Dynastar, Head, HiMountain, Hi-Tec, McKinley, Wed’ze, Rossignol, Salomon.

Knowledge and recommendation of retail chains is presented for : Decathlon, GO Sport, Intersport, Martes Sport, Ski Team.
